President Trump’s main campaign message of “Make America Great Again” resonated with so many Americans.

One way of accomplishing his goal was founded on the message of ‘Buy American and Hire American.’

It is such a simple thing to say, but if you dig a little deeper; you will find the beautiful hidden message.

I graduated in December of 2009, and while taking business courses to complete my bachelor’s degree in accounting, I always thought to myself, “why doesn’t a business man run our country?! They truly know how to get things done.”

There is no doubt that President Trump is a very successful business man. Donald J. Trump is the “very definition of the American success story, continually setting the standards of excellence while expanding his interests in real estate, sports, and entertainment.”

His success is very apparent, no doubt about it, but when President Trump is able to fully utilize his God given talent, he is able to help so many people. Listed below are some of the many great things that Trump has done:

• He allowed a homeless woman to stay at the Trump Tower rent free for eight years.
• When singer Jennifer Hudson’s family was murdered, she stayed at the Trump Tower, where he didn’t charge her, and provided security for her family.
• A three year old needed to go to New York to receive medical attention, but due to all his medical equipment, airlines would not let him board. Trump dispatched his private jet to meet their needs.
• He sent Sergeant Tahmooressi a check for $25,000 to get him back on his feet, after he was released from a Mexican prison, where he was beaten and chained to a bed for seven months.
• Just recently, at an inaugural event, Trump offered a father who was down on his luck a $10,000 check.

These great things, of course, were glossed over in the mainstream media. But as I said in my blog entry, ‘Do What You Love’, when you do what you love from the bottom of your heart, you are tapping into God’s overflowing love for you. He will show you the way, and he will show you that the gifts you receive are not just yours, but yours to share with others. When you recognize your God given talents, you will be able to bless others with so much more.

When my Father came to America, legally may I add, he had only a few dollars to his name. His dad had to take out a loan to purchase the plane tickets to come to America.

My Dad is an extremely hard worker. He’d work in a convenience store at least 14 hours a day, every day, for years. But he was able to build up his business slowly and surely. His hard work, drive, and mentality got him to where He is right now.

My Dad is quite humble and won’t like to admit it, but I’ve seen first hand, how much he uses his gifts from God to share with others.

When people find out that I am my Father’s daughter, they are so ecstatic to share the many ways that my Father has helped them.

He tapped into his God given talents and was able to succeed in America. An immigrant from Baghdad, Iraq living the American Dream.

While remodeling our home, my husband and I are faced with so many different decisions, especially with what companies to choose from.

But when I read the mission statement of Fleetwood Windows and Doors:

We believe we are helping support the American dream of success by relying upon God and this country’s ingenuity and work ethic, which has made the United States of America the greatest country on the planet.

the decision was easily made.

See when you are supporting these businesses you are supporting the American dream. The American dream of relying upon God. Relying upon God to explore our talents and use those talents to help one another.

There are some people who don’t want to work a day in their life, and expect the government to support their lifestyle with hand outs. So it was no surprise that people were complaining that President Trump was bringing jobs back to the US even before he took office.

But most Americans want to work. It is the very essence of our being to work. Jesus himself was a carpenter. Despite what others may want to think, the power is back in the people’s hands. When you Buy American and Hire American we truly have the power to Make America Great Again.

So like I said in my past entries; take the time for yourself to explore your God given talents, find what you love to do, and finally, love what you do. We will recognize that and we will support you. We will support you in the American Dream.
