It’s pretty crazy how a single song could bring on so many feelings.
Eric Prydz- “Every Day” came on the radio this morning and it took me right back to when I was pregnant with my first son.
I had horrible morning sickness, that lasted all day. I mean nonstop nausea. I couldn’t keep anything down. It was brutal! I felt so sick and I would tell my husband, like the lyrics of the song, “if every day goes likes this how do we survive?”
Well I survived! And three more kids later, with the same sickness in each of the pregnancies, I survived again. Lol
When we are going through tough times it may seem that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. We are submerged in despair with no glimmer of hope.
Take a glance back at the tough stuff you’ve endured. How strong did it make you? How much did you learn from these experiences? How different would things be if you didn’t go through it? These hard times lend to the most beautiful thing, which is your present life.
If you’re currently going through some rough stuff, you will not only survive…but you will thrive! Keep pushing on
